Jackie Jackson Recruiting was founded in 2001 to service the needs of both pre-ipo and public EDA, IP & Semiconductor companies that need top notch talent in specific disciplines to grow their business. Jackie’s recruiting business has grown every year and has placed hundreds of candidates with a wide variety of Clients, ranging from smaller start-up EDA companies to large semiconductor corporations.
Prior to founding Jackie Jackson Recruiting, Jackie was a Director of Sales at a Avant! Corporation which was the fastest growing company in the history of EDA and a leading supplier of physical design and analysis tools. Over Jackie’s 4 year tenure at Avant! she held various sales positions during which time the company grew from $20 Million in revenue to over $200 Million in revenue. Prior to that, Jackie was in Sales Management and Marketing roles at various semiconductor companies and foundries. Jackie has a BSEE from Texas A&M University.
